Ms. Ryan’s room is an autism class for six 2nd class children. Our students enjoy a balance of individual support and inclusion as they integrate into mainstream classes, fostering friendships and shared learning experiences.
In addition to their classwork, the children love engaging in a variety of activities that support their development and well-being. They enjoy playing with various toys, spending time in the sensory room, and using the swings and OT equipment. Regular walks around the local community and visits to the school’s polytunnel provide a great opportunity for exploration and connection with nature.
Creative activities like yoga, arts, and crafts bring fun and relaxation, making the Green Classroom a vibrant and nurturing place to learn and grow.
